Questions accelerators ask

Is there any cost to apply?
No. The application is free. The cohort-discount model has zero cost to you, ever. Bulk licenses are paid upfront, but only after a signed agreement, you do not commit by applying.
Do founders keep their data after the cohort?
Yes, forever. Founders own their deck, scores, matches, and outreach history. Their account is lifetime. If they bought through your discount, the discount applied to their lifetime plan, no rebill ever.
Can we co-brand?
Yes. Approved partners can request a co-branded landing page (your-name.claudefundraiser.com style) so founders see your logo when they sign up. Free, takes us 2 days.
How do we track ROI?
Every conversion against your partner code shows up in your monthly recap email: founder name (with their permission), plan picked, timestamp. Fully transparent. You can also see live conversion data in Stripe directly.
Can we white-label completely?
Not on the cohort discount tier. On bulk licenses with 20+ seats we offer custom co-branded onboarding flows. Larger commitments unlock fuller white-label, ask in your application notes.
Are you a registered broker-dealer?
No. We are a software tool. All investor outreach happens from the founder's email, not ours. We never take a cut of any round raised. Nothing we provide is investment advice or solicitation.
Do founders' decks stay private?
Yes. Decks are encrypted at rest, never shared with investors directly, and only used inside the founder's own account. We do not sell or expose deck content. Aggregate anonymised data may inform our matching model.
What happens if a founder uses our code but is not in our cohort?
The discount still applies (we cannot police who types a code). But your monthly recap shows you exactly who used the code, so if a non-cohort founder slips in you will see them. Most partners are happy to share with their broader network.
Can we get a refund if a founder does not convert?
For cohort discount: there is nothing to refund, you paid nothing. For bulk licenses: we offer a 30-day full-refund window if your cohort has not started using the seats yet. After that, seats are non-refundable but transferable to your next cohort.
Do you support international cohorts?
Yes. Our investor database covers US, UK, EU, and select APAC. Founders write in their own voice, which we keep. Localisation of mentor-side prompts is on the roadmap.
Can we change our model later?
Yes. Reply to any partnership email and we redo the math. Many partners start with the cohort discount, then upgrade to bulk licenses once they see real adoption.
What if our cohort runs across multiple geographies / batches per year?
Bulk licenses can be assigned across batches at no extra cost. One partner record, one invoice, founder seats follow you across cohorts. Just tell us your batch cadence in the application.
